Upon your arrival at Lisbon International Airport, please make sure to collect your luggage before exiting the baggage claim area. There are many rental car companies available at the airport for those who want to rent a car. Turisprime will have a representative meet their customer at the meeting point next to the Vodafone shop located in the arrivals hall. From there customers will be guided on where to go to collect the rental car.

Helpful information when renting a Turisprime vehicle at Lisbon Airport

The requirements to rent and drive a Turisprime car is the minimum age of 19 and a valid driver’s license held for at least one year prior to the beginning of the rental period. A daily young driver’s fee is applicable to drivers under the age of 22 and a maximum of two young drivers may be approved per rental. Certain vehicle categories may be subject to a higher age requirement and a longer period of having held the driver’s license.

Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement provided that they meet the requirements for the vehicle in question and that they are present at the counter at the time of collection to provide their documents.

Returning your rented Turisprime vehicle at Lisbon Airport

You may return your rented Turisprime car out of hours as long as it has been requested and approved upon at least 48 hours prior to the time of drop off. Please consult with Turisprime for further instructions.

Remember to remove your personal possessions from the car before returning it.
