When arriving at Lisbon International Airport travelers will have a wide selection of rental car companies to rent a car from. Surprice will meet their customers at the meeting point next to the Vodafone shop in the arrivals hall. Please remove your entire luggage from the baggage claim area before heading there.

Helpful information when renting a Surprice vehicle at Lisbon Airport

Customers are recommended to check the rental car designated to them for any damage that might exist both on the inside and the outside of the vehicle. If any damage is discovered that is not already documented in the rental agreement make sure the representative makes a correct documentation of it and signs it off.

Drivers and passengers are required by Portuguese law to wear a seat belt at all times while travelling in a car. Drivers are only allowed to use their mobile phones/cell phones if speaking using hands free mode. Drivers are also required to carry their valid driver’s license whenever they are driving a vehicle.

Other documents that might be required when renting or driving a rental car are a valid credit card and a photo ID, such as a passport for international renters or drivers, in the same name as the driver’s license.

Returning your rented Surprice vehicle at Lisbon Airport

When your rental period is up please follow the instructions and directions provided by Surprice for conditions and location of the return.

Please remember to retrieve your personal possessions before returning the car.
