PAYLESS Car Rental at Lisbon Airport

When you arrive at Lisbon International Airport (LIS), in Portugal and are looking to hire a car you will find that there are many car rental companies at your disposal. Before proceeding to leave the baggage claim area to locate Payless please make sure to retrieve your luggage. Payless has a car rental desk located in the arrivals hall of the airport.

Helpful information when renting a Payless vehicle at Lisbon Airport

The minimum age to rent a Payless vehicle is 21 years of age. Drivers aged 21-24 may rent vehicles in the lower category of cars such as Economy, Compact and Intermediate along with a few others. An underage daily surcharge will apply to each underage driver.

The renter and all authorized drivers must hold a valid driver’s license in their own name and it must be valid for the entire rental period. International renters and drivers may also be asked to complement their driver’s license with an IDP, International Driving Permit, if their driver’s license is not in Portuguese or English, or is written in a non-Roman alphabet.

International drivers and renters are also required to provide their valid passports. All documents are to be presented in the same name.

Returning your rented Payless vehicle at Lisbon Airport

No smoking is allowed in Payless’ vehicles and any violations will be subject to an additional fee for cleaning the vehicle from the smoke odour. Make sure to return the car in the condition and to the place stated in the rental agreement.
