Helpful information when renting a Cael vehicle at Lisbon Airport

In Portugal all drivers are required to carry their valid driver’s license on them when driving a car, even on short trips. The driver and all passengers are also required by law to wear a seat belt when the car is moving.

When you collect the car at the time of rental it is recommended to check the vehicle for any pre-existing damages that has not been noted on the rental agreement beforehand. If any damage is found make sure it is documented on the rental agreement and signed off by a Cael representative to ensure you will not be charged for it at the end of your rental period.

Children are subject to specific seating depending on their age and height so make sure to consult with the representative what the laws are in regards to your child.

Returning your rented Cael vehicle at Lisbon Airport

Please follow the instructions given by Cael on how and where to return your rental car when the time comes to drop it off.
